Neymar Jr. kids have gained popularity among football fans because Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior is not only a renowned footballer from Brazil but also a father whose private life receives lots of publicity through the social networks and important sports events. Up to August 2026, Neymar has become the father of four kids who have already been born Davi Lucca, Mavie, Helena, and Mel, and Neymar and his girlfriend Bruna Biancardi are expecting another girl, which means that Neymar will become a father of five children once the baby arrives. The latest news says that Neymar and Biancardi announced the pregnancy on June 15, 2026, during the FIFA World Cup period, revealing that their upcoming kid will be a girl. Neymar Jr. kids are especially interesting to pay attention to because they were born in different stages of his outstanding football career, for example, Davi was born when Neymar started to build his career at Santos, Mavie was born after his experiences in Europe and Saudi Arabia, making him world-famous, Helena was born in 2024, while Mel appeared in 2025 after Neymar and Bruna restored their relationship. In this regard, Neymar’s kids witnessed different periods of his professional and private life, while Neymar himself becomes more and more open about it and behaves like a proud “girl dad.”
Who Is Neymar Jr?
Neymar Jr is an alternate name for Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior, a Brazilian professional football player who was born on 5 February 1992 in the municipality of Mogi das Cruzes, São Paulo, Brazil. Neymar Jr has grown into one of the top footballers of his generation by way of Brazilian youth leagues, and then through the ranks of Santos FC, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Al-Hilal and back to Santos. Some of his achievements include Copa Libertadores, UEFA Champions League, domestic league championships, FIFA Confederations Cup and men’s Olympic football gold medal for Brazil in 2016. According to FIFA’s current content, Neymar is described as Brazil’s top goalscorer for men’s internationals with 79 goals, and his comeback to the Brazilian national team and participation in the 2026 World Cup have been significant stages of his lengthy career with the Brazilian national team. However, when one uses the Internet to look for “Neymar Jr children,” a different picture emerges: Neymar Jr is now the father of four children and prepares to be a father to his fifth child. The increasing role of Neymar’s family in the footballer’s public image should not overshadow the need for privacy for his individual family members, especially the children.

Neymar Jr Age
Neymar Jr is 34 years old as of August 31, 2026, having been born on February 5, 1992. His age is significant when looking at his children because he became a father relatively early in his football career: his eldest child, Davi Lucca, was born in August 2011, when Neymar was only 19 and was still playing for Santos. Since then, fatherhood has followed him through his move to Barcelona, the record-breaking transfer to Paris Saint-Germain, his period at Al-Hilal, his return to Santos and his later international career. Neymar’s own age also highlights how quickly his personal life has developed alongside his sporting career; he became a parent as a young football star and is now raising a teenage son alongside three young daughters, with another daughter on the way. Davi was born on August 24, 2011, while Mavie was born in October 2023, Helena on July 3, 2024, and Mel on July 5, 2025, according to recent family profiles and Brazilian reporting.
Early Life and Education
Neymar grew up in Brazil in a football-oriented family and was exposed to the sport from an early age, with his father, Neymar Santos Sr., having played professional football and later becoming an important figure in managing his son’s career. Neymar developed through street football and futsal before joining youth football environments and eventually entering Santos’ system. Biography.com notes that he joined Portuguesa Santista as a child and later entered Santos’ youth structure, where his reputation grew rapidly enough to attract European interest while he was still very young. His childhood development was therefore dominated by football rather than a conventional academic path that is widely documented in public biographies, and reliable sources do not provide a detailed public record of formal schools, degrees or university education. For that reason, it is more accurate to describe Neymar’s early “education” as a combination of family guidance, futsal, youth football training and professional sporting development rather than inventing specific educational qualifications.

Neymar Jr Height, Weight and Physical Appearance
Neymar is commonly listed at around 1.75 metres tall, with PSG’s official player profile recording him at 175 cm and 68 kg. His physical appearance has changed considerably throughout his career, and his hairstyles, tattoos, facial hair and fashion choices have frequently attracted almost as much attention as his football performances. During his Santos and Barcelona years, he became especially associated with distinctive hairstyles, while later periods saw him experiment with different cuts, colours and beard styles. His athletic identity is built less around extraordinary height or size and more around acceleration, balance, close control, agility, rapid changes of direction and technical skill. This combination has allowed him to operate effectively against physically stronger defenders and has contributed to his reputation as one of the most entertaining attacking players of his generation.

Neymar Jr Family Background
Neymar comes from a Brazilian family in which football has played an important role, with his father, Neymar Santos Sr., having been a professional footballer and later becoming closely involved in his son’s professional career, while his mother, Nadine Gonçalves, has remained a prominent figure in the family. Neymar also has a sister, Rafaella Santos, who has built her own public profile. His own family has now expanded considerably: Davi Lucca is his eldest child with Carolina Dantas; Mavie and Mel are his daughters with Bruna Biancardi; and Helena is his daughter with Amanda Kimberlly. The fifth child currently expected with Biancardi will become Neymar’s fourth daughter and fifth child overall. Recent Brazilian reports consistently identify three mothers among his children—Carolina Dantas, Bruna Biancardi and Amanda Kimberlly.
Neymar Jr Career Journey
Santos FC: The Beginning of a Global Football Story
Neymar’s professional journey began at Santos in 2009, when he was still a teenager, and the club quickly became the foundation of his global reputation. His extraordinary dribbling, speed and ability to create scoring opportunities made him one of the most exciting young footballers in Brazil. He helped Santos win domestic trophies and the 2011 Copa Libertadores, a particularly important achievement because Santos is historically associated with Pelé and other legendary Brazilian players. Neymar’s performances also brought individual recognition, including the FIFA Puskás Award for his spectacular 2011 goal against Flamengo. His Santos period is also personally important because his first child, Davi Lucca, was born in 2011, meaning Neymar was balancing the responsibilities of early fatherhood with the pressure of becoming one of football’s most watched young stars. FIFA’s 2026 retrospective recalls that his talent had been noticed extremely early and that he even spent time on trial with Real Madrid as a teenager.
Barcelona: The MSN Era
In 2013 Neymar moved to Barcelona, entering European football and joining a team that included Lionel Messi and later Luis Suárez. The resulting attacking partnership became famous as “MSN,” and it was one of the defining attacking combinations of the 2010s. Neymar’s Barcelona career reached its peak in the 2014–15 season, when the club won La Liga, the Copa del Rey and the UEFA Champions League, completing the treble. Barcelona’s own historical review notes that Neymar, Messi and Suárez were central to that extraordinary campaign, while Neymar scored Barcelona’s third goal in the 3–1 Champions League final victory over Juventus in Berlin. Neymar continued to develop into a more complete attacker at Barcelona, combining his individual creativity with increasingly effective finishing and passing.
Paris Saint-Germain: Record Transfer and European Ambition
In 2017 Neymar left Barcelona for Paris Saint-Germain in a move that changed the economics of football. PSG activated his €222 million release clause, making the transfer the most expensive in football history at the time. At PSG, Neymar won several domestic trophies and became one of the club’s central attacking figures. PSG records that he won nine trophies during his early period at the club, including Ligue 1 titles, Coupe de France trophies, Coupe de la Ligue trophies and Trophée des Champions titles, and he played an important role in PSG reaching its first Champions League final in 2020. Injuries repeatedly interrupted his time in Paris, but his statistics, creativity and international profile kept him among the world’s most recognizable football stars.
Al-Hilal: A New Chapter in Saudi Arabia
Neymar joined Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal in 2023 after six seasons in Paris. The move was part of the rapidly expanding international profile of Saudi football and placed Neymar alongside a growing collection of major global football names in the Saudi Pro League. His time in Saudi Arabia was severely affected by injury, particularly a serious knee injury suffered while representing Brazil in 2023, and his appearances for Al-Hilal were consequently limited. Despite the size of his contract and the commercial attention surrounding the move, the chapter never developed on the field as many expected.
Return to Santos: Coming Home
Neymar returned to Santos in January 2025, bringing his career back to the club where he had first become a star. The return carried strong emotional significance because Santos is closely tied to his identity and football upbringing. In January 2026, Santos officially announced that Neymar had renewed his contract through the end of 2026, and the club highlighted his role in its sporting reconstruction. Neymar’s return also coincided with his desire to remain competitive for Brazil, and FIFA reported that he was selected for Brazil’s 2026 World Cup squad after his long injury absence.
Brazil National Team
Neymar’s international career began in 2010 and eventually turned him into Brazil’s record men’s international goalscorer. He surpassed Pelé’s official international scoring total in 2023 when he reached 79 goals, a record FIFA continues to recognize. His international honours include the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup and Brazil’s first men’s Olympic football gold medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics, where Neymar scored the decisive penalty against Germany in the final shootout. His World Cup story was more complicated because injuries and Brazil’s elimination prevented him from winning the trophy, but his goals, assists and influence made him one of the defining Brazilian footballers of his era.
Neymar Jr Children
Neymar currently has four children who have been born: Davi Lucca, Mavie, Helena and Mel, while his fifth child, another daughter with Bruna Biancardi, is expected in the future. Davi Lucca is Neymar’s eldest child and was born on August 24, 2011, to Carolina Dantas; Mavie, Neymar’s first daughter with Bruna Biancardi, was born on October 6, 2023; Helena was born on July 3, 2024, and is Neymar’s daughter with Amanda Kimberlly; and Mel, Neymar’s second daughter with Biancardi, was born on July 5, 2025. In June 2026, Neymar and Biancardi announced that they were expecting their third child together and revealed that the baby would be another girl, meaning the expected child will be Neymar’s fifth overall and fourth daughter. Neymar has publicly celebrated his children at birthdays, family gatherings, football events and social-media posts, although the level of public exposure differs between the children depending on their mothers’ preferences and family circumstances.
| Child | Mother | Birth / Status | Family position |
|---|---|---|---|
| Davi Lucca | Carolina Dantas | August 24, 2011 | Eldest child and only son |
| Mavie | Bruna Biancardi | October 6, 2023 | First daughter with Bruna |
| Helena | Amanda Kimberlly | July 3, 2024 | Daughter from a previous relationship |
| Mel | Bruna Biancardi | July 5, 2025 | Second daughter with Bruna |
| Expected baby girl | Bruna Biancardi | Expected; date not publicly confirmed | Fifth child and fourth daughter |
Neymar Jr Children: Davi Lucca
Davi Lucca is Neymar’s first child and his only son. He was born on August 24, 2011, during Neymar’s breakthrough period at Santos, and his mother is Carolina Dantas, Neymar’s former girlfriend. Davi has grown up around professional football and has frequently appeared in family photographs, stadium visits and special moments with his father. Because he is now a teenager, his relationship with Neymar has naturally developed from the early childhood moments that fans first saw into a more mature father-son relationship. Recent profiles describe Davi as a child who has been present at Neymar’s football events and family occasions for many years. Unlike the younger children, Davi has spent a substantial part of his life growing up while his father was already an international celebrity, meaning his childhood has inevitably existed close to football’s global spotlight.
Neymar Jr Children: Mavie
Mavie is Neymar’s first daughter with Bruna Biancardi and was born on October 6, 2023. Her arrival marked a major moment in Neymar’s personal life because she was his first child with Biancardi and became the centre of many family updates shared online. Mavie frequently appears in family photographs and videos with Neymar, Bruna, Davi and her younger sister Mel. Recent reports identify her as the first of Neymar and Biancardi’s daughters, followed by Mel in 2025 and another baby girl currently expected.
Neymar Jr Children: Helena
Helena was born on July 3, 2024, and is Neymar’s daughter with Brazilian model and digital creator Amanda Kimberlly. She is Neymar’s third child overall and second daughter. Helena’s family story differs from that of Mavie and Mel because her mother is different, and public reporting indicates that Helena has generally been kept somewhat more protected from the spotlight. Neymar nevertheless publicly celebrates important milestones in her life; in July 2026, he shared a birthday tribute for Helena when she turned two, expressing his love and his desire to see her happy and healthy.
Neymar Jr Children: Mel
Mel is Neymar and Bruna Biancardi’s second daughter and was born on July 5, 2025. Her arrival expanded the family again after Mavie’s birth in 2023 and followed the couple’s reconciliation after a period in which their relationship had faced intense public attention. Mel has appeared regularly in family content shared by Bruna and Neymar, and her first birthday was marked publicly in 2026. She is currently one of the youngest members of Neymar’s family and is frequently pictured alongside Mavie and her parents. Recent reports confirm that Mel was born in July 2025 and that Neymar and Bruna subsequently announced another pregnancy in June 2026.
Neymar Jr Children: Fifth Baby on the Way
The most recent development in the Neymar Jr children story is the expected arrival of another daughter with Bruna Biancardi. Neymar and Bruna announced the pregnancy on June 15, 2026, during the World Cup period, and a family gender-reveal celebration confirmed that the baby is a girl. The announcement included Davi, Mavie and Mel, while reports noted that the new child will be Neymar’s fifth and Bruna’s third with him. As of August 31, 2026, a confirmed birth date and the baby’s name have not been publicly established in the reliable sources reviewed for this article, so it would be inaccurate to describe Neymar as already having five born children. Once the baby arrives, Neymar will have four daughters and one son.
Neymar Jr TV Shows, Films, Web Series and Songs
Although Neymar is primarily known as a footballer rather than an actor or recording artist, his enormous celebrity status has led to appearances in entertainment projects, documentaries, advertising campaigns and television-related productions. His public profile has also placed him in music and pop-culture collaborations, but there is no established mainstream discography showing him as a conventional professional singer with a major album career. His entertainment work is better understood as celebrity appearances and football-related media than as a second full-time career. Searches sometimes mix Neymar’s name with unrelated movie soundtracks or entertainment results, so care is needed before attributing a particular film or song to him. His strongest entertainment connection remains his documentary and behind-the-scenes presence, as well as cameo-style appearances and celebrity collaborations rather than a traditional acting or music catalogue.
| Category | Notable connection |
|---|---|
| Football documentaries | Featured extensively in documentaries and football productions |
| Television | Numerous interviews, specials and sports programmes |
| Web content | Personal and football-focused online video content |
| Music | Celebrity collaborations and appearances rather than a conventional music career |
| Acting | Occasional entertainment/cameo-related appearances reported in popular media |
| YouTube | Official Neymar Jr content includes football and personal material |

Neymar Jr Relationship
Neymar’s relationship history has received significant media attention, particularly because his personal life has unfolded alongside his rise to global fame. His current partner is Bruna Biancardi, with whom he has two daughters, Mavie and Mel, and another daughter on the way. The couple experienced a highly public relationship, separation and reconciliation, and their family expanded again after they rebuilt their relationship. In 2024, Neymar publicly apologized to Biancardi after acknowledging that he had made mistakes in the relationship, and the pair eventually reconciled. Their relationship now includes co-parenting two young daughters and preparing for their third child together. Neymar previously had Davi Lucca with Carolina Dantas, while Helena was born to Neymar and Amanda Kimberlly. The modern picture of Neymar’s family is therefore not a simple single-household story but a blended family involving different parental relationships, with Neymar maintaining connections with his children across those family circumstances.

Neymar Jr Favorite Things and Interests
Neymar’s public personality suggests that his interests extend well beyond football. Family is clearly one of the strongest themes in his current public life, with frequent celebrations involving his children and partner. He is also strongly connected to Brazilian culture, music, fashion, gaming, luxury cars, watches, travel and entertainment. Football naturally remains central, but his lifestyle has long reflected the image of a modern global athlete who mixes sport with fashion, commercial partnerships and social media. His personal brand is also connected to youth development and community work through the Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr., which focuses on supporting children and families through sport and educational initiatives.

Fitness and Lifestyle
Neymar’s fitness lifestyle has always been closely connected with the physical demands of elite football, including strength work, mobility, rehabilitation, recovery, conditioning and technical training. However, his career has also demonstrated the importance of injury management: recurring ankle, foot, muscular and knee problems have significantly affected his availability at different stages. His serious knee injury suffered while playing for Brazil in 2023 became one of the most difficult physical setbacks of his career, and later injury problems continued to influence his availability. FIFA reported in 2026 that Neymar had undergone a lengthy period away from Brazil before returning to the national setup and that a calf injury in May 2026 delayed his World Cup involvement. His lifestyle away from football is considerably more relaxed and celebrity-oriented, with family gatherings, travel, fashion, social media and entertainment forming a visible part of his public identity. For a professional athlete, however, maintaining performance at Neymar’s level requires a structured combination of training, rehabilitation, nutrition, sleep and recovery, even when the public sees only the glamorous side.
Neymar Jr Net Worth and Income Sources
Neymar’s net worth is difficult to establish with certainty because private assets, investments, taxes, contracts and business arrangements are not fully public. Celebrity Net Worth estimated his wealth at about $450 million in June 2026, while other 2026 reports have repeated a similar estimate; these should be treated as media estimates rather than audited financial statements. Forbes listed Neymar among the world’s highest-paid athletes and reported $76 million in 2025 earnings, illustrating the scale of his commercial power even after his move away from European football. His income has historically come from club salaries, bonuses, commercial image rights, sponsorships, advertising, endorsements and other business activities. Major brand relationships have included Puma and other international companies, while his global social-media following makes him an unusually valuable marketing personality. The enormous €222 million PSG transfer in 2017 was a club transaction rather than money personally received by Neymar as salary, so it should not be confused with his personal earnings.
| Income source | Role in wealth |
|---|---|
| Football salaries | Major source during Santos, Barcelona, PSG, Al-Hilal and Santos periods |
| Performance bonuses | Additional football-related income |
| Sponsorships | Major commercial revenue stream |
| Brand endorsements | Global advertising and promotional partnerships |
| Image rights | Important part of Neymar’s commercial profile |
| Social media | Massive audience supports brand partnerships |
| Business interests | Additional potential revenue and investment |
| Public appearances | Commercial and promotional opportunities |
| Estimated net worth | Around $450 million according to widely cited 2026 estimates, not independently audited |
Controversies
Neymar’s career has included several controversies, including disputes surrounding his transfer from Santos to Barcelona, tax-related legal issues connected with the transfer, on-field disciplinary incidents, allegations of sexual misconduct that he denied, sponsorship controversies and public relationship issues. In 2019, a Brazilian woman accused Neymar of rape; he denied the allegation, Brazilian authorities investigated and did not bring a charge against him in that case, while the accuser later faced a separate procedural-fraud case and was acquitted. Another controversy emerged in 2021 when The Wall Street Journal reported allegations involving a Nike employee and the company’s investigation; Neymar denied the allegations and said the sponsorship ended for commercial reasons. His personal relationships have also attracted intense media attention, particularly during his separation and reconciliation with Bruna Biancardi. It is important to distinguish verified events, allegations and legal outcomes from social-media rumours, especially when discussing a public figure’s family and children.
